FINAL POST Part 2

How did you use your own unique ideas in your work?
I was just sitting in the art room, and Mr. Sands told us to think of several animals and combine them into one. Instantly, 4 different animals just popped into my head. A cat, a duck, a hippo, and a lemur. I combined all of them together, and voila, a masterpiece was made.

Did you use a source for inspiration, then combine it with your own ideas to make it original?
I did not use any sources for inspiration, I thought of it all out of creativity with no other help. :)

FINAL POST Part 1 (continued)

-Write one paragraph explaining how the technology play a role in making the art

Technology played a big role in this art piece. The first step we took was we came to the computer lab to make a pixelated picture. To make this artwork made of sticky notes we got a picture from the internet of a person (such as Morgan Freeman). Next on the computer we colored the picture yellow blue and green with post it notes pictures from the web. After that we pixelated the picture so that enough that we could only tell who it is from far away. We printed the picture and then got the same color post it notes. Finally we mark off the pic of Morgan Freeman, and put the post it notes on a big picture and hung it up using tape at the end of a long hallway.

FINAL POST Part 1

-Write one paragraph explaining how the role of art played in creating the technology piece

 This technology was highly affected by art. It was taken with a camera, flashlight, and laser pointer. To make this piece we turned off the lights and hold a camera on long exposure which makes the lens stay open for a longer time, we assigned the camera lens to stay open for 10 seconds. Then we had Jack Leville stand with his mouth open. I then took the laser pointer and drew a line coming from his mouth. After 10 seconds, we looked at the art, and it made it look like jack was spitting straight fire. This piece of technology and art was made by my group and we are very proud of it.

Wheel chair

This is my third and final compound word drawing. This is a 'wheel chair'. hahah get it, cool again.

This is my second compound picture. This is 'butter fly'. hahah get it, cool.

This is my compound picture of 'black mail'. I was laughing pretty hard when i thought of this.

Hands for Feet

This is my photoshopped picture. It is a man that has feet as hands. The picture didn't have feet but I would have put hands in for them. I think he looks pretty cool. :)

Apple Banana

This is my wonderful drawing I made on PhotoShop. Everyone sees it as an apple, but on the inside, it's actually a banana. This is the true meaning of life. Be yourself.

Hot Dog Dog

This is my wiener dog that I created for the first day of photoshop. It is a mix between a hot dog, and a wiener dog. I think it looks cool and it is the best thing I have made all year. :)

3D Soccer Ball

This is my project. I think it looks very realistic and pops out at you. If you couldn't tell, this is a real life soccer ball sitting laying on a piece of paper.

Sticky Notes

This is Morgan Freeman, we made him out of sticky notes. I dont know why he is green and yellow but he looks good.

Newimal

My animal for the zoo trip was the alligator. I decided to mix an alligator with a turtle because their colors somewhat blend together and I thought it would look pretty cool. I like how it turned out except for the alligators neck stretches a bit far. This is my turtldile. 

Holding the Sun

 This is the picture that Carter and I captured. It is supposed to be Carter holding the sun up with his two fingers. I like the clouds in the background and how bright the sun is. It makes it actually look like were holding the sun in our hands.

Photoshop Project

Our next project was to create a Photoshop image with ourselves and a picture frame. I decided to hold the frame regularly and put space behind me. Inside the frame I put a picture of the Earth so it looks like i'm holding the Earth in my painting. I also added some cartoons around me flying in space like the Little Einsteins and The School Of Future.

Painting

This is my painting. I decided to paint a sunset with mountains and the ocean. I painted this because I thought that the sunset looked cool and that I could put mountains and the ocean in front of it. I was going to draw an island in the middle but I didn't finish. On the island, I was going to draw a panda bear eating some bamboo leaves. I like this painting very much, I just wish I finished in time.

 Questions 1

 This is my cartoon about a Cuppomer. A cuppomer is a duck, giraffe, lemur, cat, thing. This story is about a Cuppomer that is bald, finds a hat store, thinks of a plan, steals the hats, and rides happily into the sunset. Best cartoon ever.

Spongebob Squarepants Skeleton

 These are my wonderful drawings of Spongebob Squarepants. Our objective was to create a picture of a cartoon character and then redraw the same character but draw bones. I did not finish my drawing of the skeleton Spongebob but I still think it looks good without all the bones, saying that he is a sponge and not a real person.

DAVID AND KIM JONG UN

I decided to do my project on KIM JONG UN. KIM JONG UN is the best person ever so I decided to be saluting to him. KIM JONG UN and I are walking up the steps of the Great Wall of China. I dont know why but it seemed interesting to do. It is a very happy sunny day in China right now. KIM JONG UN is a very stylish person and likes to express his feeling through his clothing. Today he was wearing a gold chain that he bought, and a snapback swag hat. KIM JONG UN and I had a great time in China.
